Privacy Notice

Information collected

We collect information submitted in booking enquiries, including name, contact details, event information, selected package, agreement acknowledgement and optional promotional preference. Images and videos may contain identifiable personal information.

Purposes and lawful grounds

We use booking information to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver services, maintain necessary records and meet legal obligations. Optional promotional use of identifiable client images is treated separately and requires an appropriate lawful basis and other permissions where applicable.

Recipients and storage

Information may be handled by authorised staff and necessary service providers, including hosting and email providers, under appropriate safeguards. Booking records must be stored in access-controlled systems, not publicly accessible website directories. Cross-border hosting and service-provider arrangements require assessment.

Retention

Records are retained only as long as justified by their purpose and applicable legal requirements. A specific retention schedule must be adopted before launch.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for consent-based promotional use. Contact info@poelanomediasa.co.za. We may need to verify identity before acting.

Children and other people

Special safeguards apply to children's personal information. A booking client's promotional consent does not automatically authorise publishing images of guests or other individuals.

Complaints

You may raise a concern with us or contact South Africa's Information Regulator through its official channels.
